1. Ownership & Usage Rights- You receive a non-exclusive license to use the purchased design according to these TOS.
- You are free to use the design for personal and commercial purposes, as outlined below.
- You do not own the copyright of the design; the original artwork remains the intellectual property of KyleesBasement.
- I do not offer refunds for adoptables. You can however resell or trade the design to someone else.2. Prohibited Uses- Do not resell the design as-is for profit. It's alright if you add commissioned art or your own art (please do not overprice it).
- No NFTs are allowed under any circumstances.
- No AI usage of my ART.3. Commercial Use- You may use the design for merchandise (posters, mugs, plushies, etc.) and personal/commercial projects (streaming, social media, small business, etc.).
- For projects generating more than $50,000 USD in annual revenue, you must contact me to negotiate an extended license.
- You do not need to ask for permission for projects under this threshold.4. Credits & Redesigns- Credit KyleesBasement as the original designer at least the first time you post the design publicly.
- You may freely redesign the character for your own use, but you must still credit the original design and not edit the original artwork.5. Tracing & Heavy Referencing- Do not trace the original artwork for new creations.
- Obviously you can reference freely the design you bought, just please do not edit or trace the original art I made for it.6. Trading & Blacklist- You may trade or gift the design to others, except individuals or entities listed on the following blacklist:
